The Challenge
NXDS, a technology firm specializing in sophisticated data solutions, faced a critical bottleneck in their analyst workflow. Their internal data scientists were manually managing complex data pipelines that included third-party mobility data and transformed first-party data. The existing process required navigating asynchronous API jobs that could take 30 to 60 minutes to complete and managing massive data transfers sometimes reaching 100 gigabytes between AWS S3 and Google BigQuery. NXDS needed to "microservicize" this orchestration and provide their analysts with a unified, user-friendly interface to triage results without needing to write or manage raw code.
The Solution
Premier Cloud delivered the Analyst Intelligence Application, a custom platform built on Google Cloud that transformed a slow, manual technical process into a fast, streamlined digital experience.
This application provides analysts with a Unified Query Center, a single, intuitive interface where they can search across multiple data sources using simple parameters, eliminating the need to interface directly with complex data tables. The core "heavy lifting" is handled by Automated Data Orchestration, a self-managing backend that automatically connects to vendors, batches necessary API jobs, and organizes the massive results into searchable tables. To accelerate pattern discovery, the platform includes Advanced Visual Triage, featuring interactive mapping tools and custom filters that allow analysts to rapidly visualize and identify crucial data trends.
