How Flows Works
Start with a Trigger: Choose a trigger that will start your workflow, such as a new email in Gmail, a new response in Google Forms, or a new row in Google Sheets.
Add Actions: Add one or more actions that you want to happen after the trigger. This could be anything from sending a notification in Google Chat, creating a new document in Google Docs, or even using Gemini to summarize and analyze information.

There is no specific release date for the general public yet. The tool is currently available in an alpha release. To be eligible for the alpha program, your Workspace domain must meet certain criteria, and access is available only to customers who purchased a Gemini for Google Workspace license before January 15, 2025. For now, availability is limited to business and enterprise Workspace editions.
While specific pricing for Flows has not been shared, the pricing for Gemini Advanced features is available. The Google Workspace tiers that enable these advanced Gemini features are Business Standard, Business Plus, and Enterprise.
