Kidas worked with Premier Cloud to enhance its platform using Vertex AI. This made the system faster, more cost-effective, and easier to scale. By adding smarter analysis tools, Kidas improved the safety and efficiency of its platform for young gamers.
The Challenge
Kidas faced challenges scaling their child safety platform. Supporting new games required labor-intensive integrations, as games launch often. Also, rechecking text chats wasn’t efficient since texting is a small part of gameplay and usually unchanged.
The Solution
Premier Cloud built a lightweight AI solution for Kidas using Google Cloud's Vertex AI to detect chatboxes and text changes automatically. Doing so, irrelevant cases are filtered before they are sent to Kidas’s more robust detection model, improving performance, reducing overhead, and scaling the system efficiently.

The Result
Deployed a custom model on Vertex AI to detect chats, reducing the need to process every irrelevant case with their robust model. As a result, Kidas can now instantly support new games with no developer integration, while significantly reducing their operational costs as the new lightweight model filters many of the cases that wouldn’t require further analysis.
