Through the Apigee platform on Google Cloud, Premier Cloud developed, protected, and deployed three APIs tailored for client access. We also crafted a customer portal to boost user interaction and satisfaction.
The Challenge
Sopris Technologies needed to provide its services as APIs to its customers to secure critical business deals. Although they had partially developed the backend, they lacked a universal platform to efficiently manage, secure, and mediate these APIs. Additionally, they required a solution to offer secure access to customers, detailed documentation, and comprehensive monitoring capabilities.

Utilizing Apigee, Premier Cloud designed, built, secured, and published three APIs for their customers. We also developed a customer portal to enhance user experience and engagement. By leveraging Google Cloud's advanced tools and infrastructure, we ensured that the solutions were scalable, secure, and tailored to meet Sopris Technologies' specific needs.

The Result
We provisioned Apigee with Dev, QA, and Prod environments, refined requirements, and implemented three API products for Zenoss, Catchpoint, and custom data extraction. Developer portals were created to enable customer access to these APIs. Additionally, we assisted Sopris in API monitoring and provided training and documentation for effective use and management.
