We’re on Google Workspace Business. Do we need new licenses?
No new licenses are needed to join, and your day-to-day Gemini use in Workspace stays covered. The new dollar-based quota only comes into play for advanced, high-volume agent work, and it’s pooled across your organization rather than counted per action. We’ll walk through how it works in the session.
Gemini Enterprise is now just “Gemini.” What changed?
At Gemini at Work ’26, Google brought its AI for work under a single brand. The Gemini Enterprise app, Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform and Spark are now simply Gemini, and the agent platform is now Gemini platform. The commercial editions keep their names: Gemini Enterprise Business, Standard and Plus. We’ll cover what the change means for current customers in the session.
We already use Google Workspace with Gemini. What more do we get?
Workspace and Gemini now share one platform, so the same agent, skills and context follow you from Gmail and Docs to the web, mobile and Slack. The business editions of Gemini extend that agent across the rest of your company: long-running multi-step work, coworker agents, connections to Microsoft 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow and Slack, a choice of models, and central controls for every agent.
Is our company data used to train Google’s models?
No. Gemini for your business, including Antigravity, runs under Google Cloud terms, which keep your data out of model training. Gemini also inherits your existing permissions, and coworker agents see only what’s shared with them.
Can we use Claude or other models in Gemini?
Yes. Gemini runs each job on the model that fits it, across Google’s Gemini models and Claude models from Anthropic today, with other leading models planned. Smart routing sends routine steps to faster, cheaper models, and admins decide which models are enabled.
How do we keep agent costs and access under control?
Each agent gets a verified identity and runs in an isolated sandbox, and Agent Gateway enforces your policies outside the model. Every action lands in an audit trail. On cost, usage draws from a pooled dollar-based quota, and real-time spend caps set hard monthly limits per project. When a cap is reached, the agent pauses instead of running up the bill. These controls cover Antigravity too.
We run on Microsoft 365. Is Gemini still relevant?
Yes. Gemini connects with Microsoft 365, including Office and Teams, alongside Slack, Salesforce and ServiceNow, so teams can work across that content without moving it. We’ll cover how mixed Google and Microsoft environments are typically set up.
Which edition of Gemini is right for us?
It depends on team size and how heavily people will use agents. Gemini Enterprise Business edition suits smaller teams, Standard edition fits most knowledge workers, and Plus edition is for power users with high-volume or data-heavy work. Bring your mix of roles to the Q&A and we’ll suggest a starting point.
Can we pilot Gemini before rolling it out company-wide?
Yes, and we recommend it. Premier Cloud runs scoped pilots that start with discovery workshops to choose one high-value workflow, then build it, train the pilot group and measure results before you scale. Qualifying pilots may be eligible for Google funding. Ask about it in the Q&A.
How technical is the session, and will it be recorded?
It’s built for a mixed audience of business, IT and engineering leaders. The overview assumes no prior Gemini experience, and the demos stay practical. The session is recorded, and the recording goes to everyone who registers.
